tech assow emerged in 2018 when a group of experienced IT professionals recognized a significant gap in practical support training across Singapore. While many institutions offered theoretical computer science programs, few provided hands-on technical support education that prepared students for real helpdesk and system administration roles.
Our founders had collectively spent over forty years working in corporate IT departments, managing support teams, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. They understood that effective computer support requires more than textbook knowledge. It demands practical problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and systematic troubleshooting approaches that can only be developed through guided practice.
We established our training center at Goldhill Plaza with a simple mission: provide Singapore professionals with accessible, practical computer support education that bridges the gap between academic theory and workplace requirements.
